WHAT I DO
I prepare a personalized menu for you and your guests, which can be in a restaurant version, more modern and individually plated, in a classic version, more traditional and presented on serving plates, or as a buffet.
I prepare seated lunches and dinners for up to 12 people, standing for up to 20.
Depending on the menu and the number of guests, the presence of a waiter may be required.



HOW IT WORKS
1. After a chat to understand the context and orientation of your tastes, any intolerances and allergies, I will prepare some proposals for you
of menus to choose from.
3. A few days before your event, I will come and check your kitchen and equipment, in order to organise myself accordingly.
3. I will personally take care of the food shopping, preferring seasonal ingredients, coming from small local producers and paying attention to sustainability. If requested, I will also take care of the wine.
4. A few hours before your event, I will arrive at your home, I will take care of preparing the dishes and the mise en place, if requested. At the end of service, I will take care of tidying up your kitchen.



WHO I AM
It all started in the family: my father, a passionate cook of risotto, osso buco and stews, and my mother, a lover of nouvelle cuisine, have always passed on to me their love for cooking and the art of eating well.
After graduating from the professional pastry school at Cordon Bleu and completing a high-level training course for chefs at the Accademia Congusto, there followed highly formative work experiences in high-level restaurants in Great Britain, first and foremost the starred The Nut Tree Inn of chef Mike North.
I have always been fascinated by the cultures of other countries and my travels have allowed me to come into contact with different cuisines and deepen my knowledge of spices.
Growing my own garden and raising my own chickens has led me to pay special attention to seasonality and to understand the value of ingredients.
My great passion for drawing helps me in the kitchen to create creative plating.
Now I would like to offer you my experience in the family atmosphere of your home.
